SPS is a team of security professionals who identified an opportunity in the Eden security market for a new level of service that is totally client-driven. Using the latest technology to enhance our service and offering a personal approach to our customers and employees, SPS is a flagship security organization in the Garden Route.

With a core management team that has more than 100 years of collective security experience, we can find solutions to any security challenge.

We specialize in hospitality, residential estate, farm, commercial, retail, industrial and canine security solutions. We also partner with a specialist in access control systems, CCTV installation and maintenance, fencing installation and maintenance, gate repairs and automation, vehicle barriers, and panic systems.

Services

Comprehensive Security Solutions with Advanced AI Monitoring

Guarding and Canine services

We provide security officers from PSIRA grade C to grade A. This can be a manned guarding-only service or combined with a canine service where a heightened level of security is needed. Security dogs are transported to and from site daily and may require a small facility where they can rest. Canine services are graded from H1 to H5 depending on what the dog is required to do.

Technical Services and AI Monitoring

SPS offers expertise with the design, installation and maintenance of access control systems, CCTV systems, perimeter fencing, gate repairs and automation, vehicle barriers, and panic systems.

Do you need enhanced or off-site CCTV monitoring? We can assist - we have tailor-made solutions for estates, schools or other establishments where on-site monitoring is unfeasible, or if you need to ensure that your monitoring staff are working as required.

We make use of the DeepAlert AI CCTV off-site monitoring system, which employs artificial intelligence to detect intrusions and breaches of security and does away with unreliable human monitoring of cameras.

Sanette Schoeman

Managing Director

Sanette has been in the Security Industry for the past 36 years. Her senior leadership experience includes servicing contracts for Clover SA (15 years), Cargo Motors and Lindsay Saker Group (10 years). Protea Marriott group (10 years).

In George, she has developed an exceptional relationship with a number of clients and business colleagues over the past 14 years. Sanette takes pride in service excellence putting customers first by having a security team that is second to none.

Bianca Schoeman

Director (Operations and HR)

Bianca has been in the industry for the past 10 years and has a wealth of experience within the industry. She specializes in hospitality, residential estate security and industrial as well as event security.

Projects handled by Bianca includes: Hartenbos In Afrikaans (event).

Her portfolio includes the following clients: Marriott Group, Blue Mountain Village Estate, Eden Business Park and Eden Residential Estate.

Bulelani Dingo

Head of Operations

Bulelani has been with the company for the past 7 years. His strength lies in solving operational challenges efficiently and immediately.

Willie Smit

Director (Marketing)

With extensive experience in strategy design, financial management, and operational performance improvement, Willie Smit has held senior and executive roles in multinational organizations. He is adept at establishing and leading teams to achieve positive business growth and operational excellence.

His background includes positions such as Director of Operations at Santorini Professional Security and SPS Group Services, Regional Managing Director at Thorburn Security Solutions, and Regional Director at G4S. He possesses strong skills in human resources, client relations, and consulting.

We no longer provide client details or references or portfolios as evidence of our work or use client work for marketing purposes. This decision was driven by our need to comply with stringent service level agreements, confidentiality, non-disclosure, copyright, GDPR, PAIA, and POPI regulations, which protect our clients' rights to privacy and ownership of their intellectual property. While we want to showcase our clients work, it has become challenging to manage compliance and confidentiality at scale and across geographic locations. For this reason, we also no longer request client testimonials or share the names of client organisations.
